Back pain is one of the most complained health issues of mankind. If statistics are to be believed then, nine people out of ten adults experience back ache at any point in their life. 1. Peppers - Cayenne peppers are a type of red peppers which has very good pain relieving properties. It contains an ingredient called Capsaicin which brings the pain relieving endorphins into action and reduces pain. You can add a mashed pepper to any regular body lotion and apply it on the affected area. Else you can also add an ounce of mashed pepper to a quarter of alcohol and let it remain as it is for three weeks and then rub it on your back.

2. Epsom - Epsom salt can help to improve blood circulation and reduce any arthritic swelling if any. What you need to do is that you have to fill a bath tub with hot water till the extent you can tolerate it. After that you have to add two cupfuls of Epsom salt and soak in the tub for half an hour.

3. Ginger - you can consume ginger for its anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. You need to a root of ginger which is 4-5 inches big and cut them into thin slices. You then have to bring it to a boil with a quarter of water and let it simmer for about 45 min. you can drink around a cup of it daily to get relief from your back ache.

4. Herbal Packs - You must all be aware that herbal teas and extracts ease chronic back pain. You can take chamomile tea daily as a supplement or 2-3 grams of pineapple extract for the same. You can also simmer horsetail tea to regulate the movement of bowels and get relief from backache.
