Asthenospermia- Reduction in the strength or energy of sperm cells, hence infertility

Reduced capacity of quality sperm cells:
In this case the sperm-epithelium-testes that have reduced ability to produce sperm (oligo-asthenospermia, non-obstructive azoospermia, teratospermia). This may be due in addition to genetic factors, previous inflammation of the body, surgery, injury, doping drugs, smoking and use of addictive substances, the effects of environmental pollutants or chemicals or radiation effects.

Unfortunately, the number of chemicals that potentially can damage sperm quality is very high and are almost everywhere! Plastics, pesticides and herbicides used in cereals, nuts, substances for coating food or use in dentistry or even soy products, can cause disturbances in sperm quality.

One possible way of how environmental pollutants can harm sperm quality is through the production of free radicals. Free radicals are molecules produced during cellular metabolism of healthy cells including spermatozoa. But while the human body produces antioxidants to protect cells from free radicals, environmental pollutants and the increase in free radicals that cause, upset the delicate balance that, in this case causing disturbances in density, morphology, mobility and cell shape of sperm. Studies have shown an increase in the percentage of free radicals in 40% of men with impaired fertility.

Blockage of roads fertility sperm:
In this case, while the testes produce normal sperm, they can not find their way during maturation and ejaculation. This is mainly due to previous inflammation; epididymitis, prostate, urethritis, etc. - which is extremely important if we consider the increase in sexually transmitted diseases, which include the above diseases that happen nowadays.

It is significant that recent studies have shown that 30% of cases of idiopathic of obstructive azoospermia caused by infection of genital herpes HSV.

Hormonal disorders:
The adequacy and integrity of the hormonal mechanisms that are necessary for the production of sperm is very important for the normal derivative. Testosterone, estrogen and its metabolites and hormones that are responsible for their production are terms very familiar to infertile couples.

Hormonal disorders may be caused by surgery with medical or non-use of hormones, the very existence of testicular neoplasm and the normal decrease in the levels of testosterone, which occurs after the age of 40 years as well as by environmental factors.

It is known from the 70s that environmental pollutants-especially pesticides and fertilizers-can damage sperm quality through interference-interruption of the normal hormonal pathways-hypothalamic-pituitary testicular integrity which is essential for sperm skill.

Chromosomal / genetic disorders:
Although research on genetic / chromosomal abnormalities is unfortunately a very early stage, is already known to genetically inherited diseases, e.g. cystic fibrosis, can cause serious problems in infertile couples.

It is well known that chromosomal abnormalities such chromosome causes serious fertility problems. Even if there are no cures for these diseases, monitoring is essential after the couple will win valuable time in trying to have a child.

Anti-germinal antibodies:
Autoimmune disorders of sperm account for about 6% of male infertility. Although the sperm are protected by the creation of antibodies against them, some men create anti-sperm antibodies e.g. after surgery trauma to the testicles.

Many things are still unknown to male fertility. A still much research in this field. It is however understood that the male factor may have the same problems with the woman player in the fertilization. This gender equality in practice. Many of these factors can be reversed. Others can be significantly improved, leading to significant improvement in the reproductive capacity of a man. And every couple deserves a chance to have a child with normal route.

While it is true that the scalp itself has little control over the hormones that cause male-pattern baldness, there are some activities that limit the robustness of your scalp. Activities like smoking and conditions like skin cancer affect your hair negatively if they are not controlled or treated.
