Annoying people are everywhere-in the workplace, at church, and even in the family. Though we know better than to pay them any attention, they often get the best of us with their mindless chatter, inappropriate comments, and irritating behavior. We know that their behavior shouldn't really matter because, in most cases, we don't really care for them in the first place. Unfortunately, these relatively unimportant people always find ways to piss us off. If only there was a magic button we could press to shut them the hell up. Although this sounds great in our fantasies, there are more realistic ways to deal with annoying people.

The best way to deal with annoying people is to minimize contact with them. If you don't have to be in a particular annoying person's vicinity, do not put yourself through the torture. Of course, this isn't possible for people who think the whole world is annoying. However, if you can help it, do whatever you can to not deal directly with the person. Don't even think about the person. If you don't think, they don't exist. If you absolutely must interact with the person, there are still ways to deal with the annoyance.

To deal with annoying people, it is important that you know your worth. Know that you are a valuable human being and you don't deserve to be subject to their irritating behavior. Even if you consider yourself a nice person, it is not mean to be true to yourself. In fact, it is unhealthy for you to subject yourself to the stress that annoying people may inflict upon you. Because dealing with annoying people is a matter of health, it is important that you are direct in your actions. Tell the person directly and tactfully how you feel about their behavior. If the relationship is worthy, they will appreciate your honesty and respect your desire. If they don't respect your feelings, then you have every right to protect your health and cut ties with the person.

The emotional stress that annoying people may cause can lead to depression, sleep problems, digestive problems, and more. Should a valuable human being subject herself to such risks just to entertain an annoying person? Of course not! It is important to not only deal with the annoyance, but to also manage the stress that is caused. Some of the things you can do to deal with the stress include exercising, meditating, listening to music, taking a bath, masturbating, and most importantly, communicating your feelings to others. Yes, you read “masturbating.”

Annoying people are everywhere, but there is no reason why you should allow them to get under your skin. It is important that you minimize contact with annoying people, if possible, or deal with the matter directly. It is also important that you manage any stress caused by communicating your emotions to others. You are a valuable human being and should not subject your self to the stress that annoying people can cause.

When one lacks vitamin B12 in the body, this can result in a condition known as pernicious anemia. Pernicious anemia can be detected by a blood test due to the presence of huge immature red blood cells in one's blood. Such blood cells show inefficiency at carrying oxygen.
