Fitness is one thing that helps the overall development of a person; one feels encouraged to go to parties or for outings. Fitness even helps a person gain more confidence and believe in himself. The key to fitness is having a balanced diet as well as to indulge in regular exercise. There may be a time constraint where one may feel going to a fitness club a bit hectic. But still fitness can be attained being at home following proper exercising schedule or doing yoga for about 45 minutes a day.

There are so many remedies that can help a person getting a fit body by just doing so little. One thing that certainly helps with the digestive system of a person is drinking about 1 litre of water as soon as he wakes up in the morning. It keeps the stomach clean and reduces the chances of getting any kind of infection in the stomach. A morning walk for about 5 to 6 kms comes in very handy as it helps in loosing the extra weight in the body as well as helps with the respiratory system as fresh air goes in the lungs. A speed of walking should be nearly 1.5 times as for normal walking as it really helps in reducing the weight. An alternative for the morning walk is yoga which can be done for about 45 days in the morning which also greatly helps with the respiratory system and certainly helps with the overall fitness of the body.

There are few exercises that don't require any exercising equipment and can be done easily not even requiring much space. Even exercise equipment like elliptical trainer or an exercising cycle can be brought at home which can be used on daily basis. Elliptical trainer can be used at home for a brisk walk or jogging or even running. It remains stationary and the equipment can be used to burn specific number of calories or for certain amount of time. An elliptical trainer can be used by any person of any age group. An exercising cycle works the same as a bicycle but remains stationary which can be used either for some specific time or for some distance. Some other exercises like lying down on the floor and trying to touch the feet with the hands while the legs remain straight, push ups, using a rope for jumping and standing with legs wide open and trying to touch the feet both straight as well as sideways. Giving about 1 hour time in the morning or in evening for exercising helps the body get in shape as well as keeps the body fit. Very small things can keep a body fit and all that matters is if one gives it some time or not. In addition to this one can also indulge in playing any outdoor game like badminton, basketball, football in order to attain fitness.
