Blackstrap molasses can be also used successfully in curing stress. It is rich in B vitamins and iron and it has a great influence upon our nervous system.

A regular intake of sunflower seeds and alfalfa can help you to get rid of stress. Because sprouts are very rich in calcium they are often used in treating stress.

Holy basil (tulsi) is another very beneficial treatment for stress. Chew basil leaves twice a day (chew six leaves in the morning and six in the morning) and you will get rid of stress very easy.

St John Wort, ashwagandha and brahmi are some of the best ayurvedic herbs that can be successful used in treating stress.

Just smelling some ajwain seeds you can liberate from stress. This is a very simple and at handy remedy for stress.

Mix a teaspoon of honey with a glass of lukewarm water and drink it.

You can also drink some warm milk before going to bed. This remedy will liberate by the stress accumulated during the day. You can sweeten the milk with a teaspoon of honey.

A diet rich in vegetables and fruits is of a great help. Fruits and vegetables contain many minerals, vitamins that strengthen our immunity and nervous system.

Ginseng is used in many treatments for a great variety of health problems. It is also efficient in curing stress. Drink Ginseng tea three times every week or take a capsule of Ginseng at every two days and you will get rid of stress in a short time.

Prepare a tea from dried lime tree blossom and add a teaspoon of honey. Drink this tea before going to bed especially if you had an overload day.

Make a lot f exercises and long walks whenever you have little free time. Spending some time in open air will help you to get rid of stress.

If you feel that the level of stress is increasing go and open the window. Breathe the fresh air for 10-15 minutes. You can also make some simple exercises and you will feel better immediately.
