Stress in today’s world is mainly a result of continuous high demands that are imposed on us by work, family, and lifestyle, or that we impose upon ourselves through our desire to accomplish.
Mild stress acts as a useful motivation for action and productivity. But when the stresses in our life are too great or too many, this may result in all kinds of problems.

Some people consistently overreact to their day-to-day life. However, the majority of us might be overwhelmed merely when we have an augmented intensity or number of stresses, such as excessive demands all at once leading to a incessant feeling of not having sufficient time or energy to do what we feel we must do.

A little stress is high-quality as it provide the motivation you need to maximize your productivity and reach your goals. Too much stress can cause health evils, mental issues, sleep disorders, fatigue, weight gain and much more.

Excessive stress can contribute to feelings of anxiety, fear, and panic. It can as well cause physical symptoms such as migraines, ulcers, insomnia, and sexual dysfunction.
In many cases, stress can even make worse potentially life-threatening conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.

Managing stress is an ongoing procedure since most people are exposed to new stressful situations on a regular basis.

While diet, exercise, and recreation therapies can give relief from stress-related symptoms, sometimes additional measures are necessary.
