The slight elevation of the legs would allow the blood to flow and circulate freely so that the user will awake fully refreshed and without numbed arms and legs. Even healthy people would sometimes need to rest and elevate aching legs and feet especially after a workout or a strenuous exercise. The automatic leg elevation feature that an adjustable bed provides can be a real relief.
To a normally healthy person, using an adjustable bed means a more comfortable and perfect sleep. However, to an elderly or to a mobility impaired individual, an adjustable bed is the best support to nursing care.
